The drafted shares tab is used to assign equity securities to individual shareholders and link to the relevant share terms, equity incentive plan (in the case of restricted shares), and financing round, as well as vesting schedule if applicable. Once shares have been drafted, they must be issued manually to begin generating your cap table. Issued shares will appear on your cap table under the Dashboard and Cap Table view.
Navigate to the Draft Securities page to issue drafted shares
Sign in to Cyndx and go to the Owner tab
On the left-hand navigation bar, click the Securities drop down
From the drop down menu, click on Draft Securities
On the Draft Securities page, go to the Shares tab
Click the Actions menu (arrow icon) to the right of the share you would like to issue
Select the option to issue that share
