The drafted shares tab is used to assign equity securities to individual shareholders and link to the relevant share terms, equity incentive plan (in the case of restricted shares), and financing round, as well as vesting schedule if applicable. This is the last step required before issuing shares to begin generating your cap table manually. Once you’ve drafted shares, you are able to go back and make edits as needed, following the steps below.
Navigate to the Draft Securities page to edit drafted shares
Sign in to Cyndx and go to the Owner tab
On the left-hand navigation bar, click the Securities drop down
From the drop down menu, click on Draft Securities
On the Draft Securities page, go to the Shares tab
Click the Actions menu (arrow icon) of the shares you would like to edit
Select the option to edit

6. Make adjustments as needed
7. Click Update
