Once shares have been issued they will appear on your cap table as well as listed under the Issued Securities tab. From this view, a number of secondary actions can be performed, including the option to transfer shares.
Navigate to the Issued Securities
Sign in to Cyndx and go to the Owner tab
On the left-hand navigation bar, click the Securities drop down
From the drop down menu, click on Issued Securities
On the Issued Securities page, go to the Shares tab
Click the Actions menu (arrow icon) to the right of the share you would like to transfer
Select the option to Transfer

7. Select a new or existing Holder
8. Enter the details and click Modify
