The draft shares tab is used to assign equity securities to individual shareholders and link to the relevant share terms, equity incentive plan (in the case of restricted shares), and financing round, as well as vesting schedule if applicable. This is the last step required before issuing shares to begin generating your cap table manually.
Navigate to Draft Securities page to view drafted shares
Sign in to Cyndx and go to the Owner tab
On the left-hand navigation bar, click the Securities drop down
From the drop down menu, click on Draft Securities
On the Draft Securities page, go to the Shares tab
Click the Actions menu (arrow icon) to the right of the share you would like to view
Select the option to view that share
Note: While viewing a particular share, you also have the option to edit and issue
