The drafted shares tab is used to assign equity securities to individual shareholders and link to the relevant share terms, equity incentive plan (in the case of restricted shares), and financing round, as well as vesting schedule if applicable. The steps below detail how to delete existing drafted shares if you need to for any reason.
Navigate to the Draft Securities page to delete drafted shares
Sign in to Cyndx and go to the Owner tab
On the left-hand navigation bar, click the Securities drop down
From the drop down menu, click on Draft Securities
On the Draft Securities page, go to the Shares tab
Click the Actions menu (arrow icon) to the right of the share you would like to delete
Select the option to delete the share
Delete Drafted Share
7. You will be asked “Are you sure you want to delete this share?”
Select Yes to proceed
