The Draft Options tab is used to assign securities to individual holders and link to the relevant equity incentive plan, share terms, and vesting schedule (if applicable). This is the last step required before issuing options to prepare them for exercise in the cap table.
Navigate to the Draft Securities page to draft new options
Sign in to Cyndx and go to the Owner tab
On the left-hand navigation bar, click the Securities drop down
From the drop down menu, click on Draft Securities
On the Draft Securities page, go to the Options tab
Click the + Draft New Option button

7. Click Create
