Cyndx

A 409A is an independent appraisal of the fair market value of a company's common stock reserved for founders and employees. This valuation is required by IRS Section 409A and determines the cost to purchase a share.

Sign in to Cyndx and go to the <a href="https://app.cyndx.com/owner" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Owner</a> tab

On the left-hand navigation bar, click the Compliance drop down

From the drop down menu, click on <a href="https://app.cyndx.com/owner/valuation409a" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">409A</a> option

1. Sign in to Cyndx and go to the <a href="https://app.cyndx.com/owner" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Owner</a> tab
2. On the left-hand navigation bar, click the Compliance drop down
3. From the drop down menu, click on <a href="https://app.cyndx.com/owner/valuation409a" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">409A</a> option
