How to upload a 409A valuation

A 409A is an independent appraisal of the fair market value of a company's common stock reserved for founders and employees. This valuation is required by IRS Section 409A and determines the cost to purchase a share.

Navigate to the 409A Valuation page

  1. Sign in to Cyndx and go to the Owner tab

  2. On the left-hand navigation bar, click the Compliance drop down

  3. From the drop down menu, click on 409A option


  1. From this page, click the option to link to Upload document
