Cyndx

A 409A is an independent appraisal of the fair market value of a company's common stock reserved for founders and employees. This valuation is required by IRS Section 409A and determines the cost to purchase a share.

Sign in to Cyndx and go to the <a href="https://app.cyndx.com/owner" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Owner</a> tab

On the left-hand navigation bar, click the Compliance drop down

From the drop down menu, click on the <a href="https://app.cyndx.com/owner/valuation409a" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">409A</a> option

1. Sign in to Cyndx and go to the <a href="https://app.cyndx.com/owner" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Owner</a> tab
2. On the left-hand navigation bar, click the Compliance drop down
3. From the drop down menu, click on the <a href="https://app.cyndx.com/owner/valuation409a" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">409A</a> option

Here you will see your Previous 409A documents and an Actions menu to the right hand side of your documents.

Click the pencil icon to delete your 409A.

1. Here you will see your Previous 409A documents and an Actions menu to the right hand side of your documents.

2. Click the pencil icon to delete your 409A.
