I'm having trouble accessing Cyndx

Login issue | Troubleshooting | Domain whitelisting | Firewall

This article is meant for troubleshooting if you have run into one of the following issues:

  • I received the Cyndx welcome email but I am having an issue signing up for Cyndx or accessing pages within the platform

  • I can access Cyndx, but I cannot reset my password

  • ​I did not receive the welcome email to sign up for Cyndx

  • I have received the welcome email from [email protected], but cannot access the sign up page or the page is not loading.

  • I am getting errors on Cyndx

  • I received the email but cannot access the sign up page

    Please follow the troubleshooting steps below to pertain to the scenario you are experiencing.

    **Note that some organizations require domains to be whitelisted in order to access. If this affects your organization, please find at the bottom of this article the complete list of domains to submit to your IT dept for whitelisting. ​


    Not sure if whitelisting affects your organization?
    To check that you are not blocked through domain whitelisting, click here: app.cyndx.com/service-status. Note that you should see a green status check confirming that you are not blocked from accessing each domain listed on this page. If you see red checks, please review the steps for whitelisting domains, or reach out to [email protected] for assistance.


I received the Cyndx welcome email but I am having an issue signing up for Cyndx or accessing pages within the platform

Troubleshooting

1) Refresh your browser

2) Try a different browser

3) Try a signing in from a different device, e.g. a cell phone

4) If your network only allows you to access domains that have been whitelisted, please submit cyndx.com and cyndx.dev and all subdomains of each for whitelisting. For a complete list of all Cyndx domains, see below.

5) If you are still experiencing this issue, please contact [email protected] for further troubleshooting

I can access cyndx.com and app.cyndx.com, but I am having issues resetting the password.

Troubleshooting

1) Verify that email was received
If you have not received the password reset email, please reach out to [email protected]

2) Verify that you can access the password reset page
3) If you cannot access the password reset page, refresh your browser

4) Try a different browser

5) Try resetting your password from a different device, e.g. a cell phone
6) If the problem persists, it may be possible that your network only allows you to access domains that have been whitelisted. Please submit cyndx.com and all subdomains and cyndx.dev and all subdomains for whitelisting

7) If you continue to experience this issue, please contact [email protected] for further troubleshooting

I did not receive the welcome email to sign up for Cyndx

Troubleshooting

1) Check your spam / marketing folders
2) Reach out to [email protected] to verify that the email was marked as delivered successfully

3) If the email was blocked by your firewall, please add [email protected] as a contact to receive emails from this address.
4) If you are still unable to receive emails, please contact your IT department regarding whitelisting requirements or reach out to [email protected].

5) For additional questions regarding access to Cyndx, contact [email protected].

I am experience one of the following issues:

  • I have received the welcome email from [email protected], but cannot access the sign up page or the page is not loading.

  • I am getting errors on Cyndx

  • I received the email but cannot access the sign up page

Troubleshooting
