If you did not receive the welcome email to sign up for Cyndx from [email protected], follow these troubleshooting steps:


1) Check your spam / marketing folders
2) Reach out to [email protected] to verify that the email was marked as delivered successfully

3) If the email was blocked by your firewall, please add [email protected] as a contact to receive emails from this address.
4) If you are still unable to receive emails, please contact your IT department regarding whitelisting requirements or reach out to [email protected].
