Step 1:
Finder Acquirers tab
The "Acquirers" tab shows you who the relevant acquirers are in the space defined in any Finder search. See Get Started using Finder for more information on structuring your Finder searches around your client's company.
After running a Finder search, see the Acquirers tab for a list of buyers that have made acquisitions of companies that appear in the Companies tab. Their relevant acquisition(s) in the cohort will be highlighted.
Step 2:
Finder Investors tab
The "Investors" tab shows you who are the relevant investors are in the space defined in any Finder search. You can create a list of potential investors interested in the same line of business as what you are looking for. To learn more about this, read Searching for investors: Finder vs. Raiser. To go there, here is a quick view of where you can find it.
Step 3:
Prominent Companies tab
The "Prominent Companies" tab shows valuable data for creating a targeted buyer’s list, as it helps identify and analyze potential acquirers or strategic partners. This tab shows companies prominently active within a specific industry or sector, allowing you to target those most likely interested in acquisitions that align with their strategic goals. It provides information on competitors or adjacent companies, which helps in targeting those that would benefit from acquisitions to expand their footprint or market share.

Profile Relationships tab
The "Relationships" tab allows you to visualize and analyze networks among companies, investors, and industries. By leveraging this feature, you can explore intricate details about partnerships, past investments, acquisitions, competitive positioning, and funding timelines. The Relationships tab provides essential insights to support strategic investment and business development decisions.

Step 5:
Profile Patent Filings tab
The "Patent Filings" tab shows you all the intellectual property of an owner that gives legal right to exclude others from making, using or selling this property to another entity. In building buyer's list using the Profile IP tab, you can see under similar patent data drilldown who are the company or companies having or using the same patent link. You can use this data to figure out who are businesses in line with the company you are looking for.

Profile Portfolio tab - Fairness Opinion
The Fairness Opinion data can enhance your buyer’s list perspective by providing insights into valuations, comparable transactions, and market conditions, helping you identify well-aligned buyers and assess fair pricing for potential acquisitions or investments.

Step 7:
Raiser Strategics tab
The "Raiser Strategics" tab allows you to build a well-targeted buyer's list by identifying strategic investors and companies actively investing in similar industries or deal types, ensuring alignment with your transaction goals and increasing the chances of a successful match. Please note that access to the Raiser Strategics tab is restricted to users with a Raiser license, ensuring that only authorized individuals can leverage this feature to build a targeted buyer’s list through strategic investor and acquisition insights. Financial details (public companies): Filter by 'EBITDA (LTM)' and 'Revenue (LTM)'
