You will need the following information about the company you would like to value:

  1. Basics including name, URL, sector/industry, year founded, and country of operation

  2. 5-10 years of financial projections and 0-3 years of historical financials for P&L and cash flow statement line items including revenue and expenses as well as certain operating and investing cash flow items

  3. General assumptions for useful lives of fixed assets, funding stage, marginal tax rate, and interest expense.

  4. Opening balance sheet items for net debt components like debt, cash, and any pro forma capital raise targeted as of the date from which the financial projections begin.

  5. 1 private peer comparable company to help guide our public comparables generation engine and 2 publicly traded comparable companies to further boost our algorithm and incorporate directly into the selected comparables analysis.

That’s it! Then you can get started.
