How to Save and Share Your Raiser Search Results (Investors List)

Save Raiser Search Results in Cyndx

Step 1: Perform Your Search
Start by running your investor search in Raiser. Use the filters to narrow down your results as needed.

Step 2: Select the Investor Type Tab
Make sure you’re on the correct tab — either Financial Investors or Strategic Investors. The saved list will only include results from the tab you're currently viewing.

Step 3: Click “Add All to List”
Above the search results, click on the Selected Companies dropdown and then click the “Add all to list” button.

Step 4: Choose or Create a List
You’ll be prompted to either:

  • Add to an existing list, or

  • Create a new list - give it a name and set list type to private or public view

    Note: If you want to share your list with colleagues in your organization, make sure to set it to public.

Step 5: Confirmation Message
After saving, a confirmation message (snack bar) will appear at the bottom of your screen to let you know your list was successfully saved.

View Saved Investor Lists in Cyndx

To find your saved list, click on the Lists tab in the navigation bar at the top of the page. Under the Company Lists, you will see your Investors List that you saved from your Raiser search run, both private and public lists.


Share Investor Lists with Your Organization

Step 1: Go to the Lists Tab
From the top navigation bar, click on the Lists tab to view your saved investor lists as shown above.

Step 2: Locate the List You Want to Share
Under Company Lists, locate the list you’d like to share.

Step 3: Open and Update List Settings
Click on the list name to open it. Near the top, next to the list title, you'll see an access status (e.g., Private).

  • Click the pencil icon next to the list name.

  • In the dropdown at the bottom, change the access setting to either Public and view only or Public and editable by other members within the org.

  • Click Update to save the changes.

Step 4: Copy and Share the Link

  • Click the copy link icon beside the pencil icon.

  • Paste the link into your conversation and send it to your colleague.

Step 5: Collaborate on the List
If the list is set to Public and editable by other members within the org, then your colleagues can:

  • Add or remove companies

  • Edit the list title

  • Work together on research or outreach

Step 6: Make the List Private Again (Optional)
To stop sharing, change the access settings back to Private via the pencil icon.
