As part of your due diligence in identifying the right investors for your fundraise, Cyndx makes it easy to see at a glance if a particular investor already has any investments in some of your closest competitors.

Navigate to Raiser

  1. Sign in to Cyndx and go to the Raiser tab

  2. Enter the details for your Raiser run and click the button to Find Investors
Also see: Running a Raiser run

  3. Alternatively, if you have already run your investor search, go to your Raiser list

  4. If the investor has any similar investments, you can see this by clicking to drop down the investor row on the search result page.

  5. Under the company's name you will see Similar Deals, where the similar investments will be listed as well as how much the deal was, and the close date of the deal.

Helpful Hints

By selecting View All Acquisitions & Investments a modal will pop up that will section off those similar deals for you. Also on this page will you be able to see information such as location the deal was made, and if there are any more investors on this deal and who they were.
