Once convertibles have been issued, they will appear on your cap table as well as listed under the Issued Securities tab. From this view, a number of secondary actions can be performed, including the option to cancel convertibles.

Sign in to Cyndx and go to the <a href="https://app.cyndx.com/owner" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Owner</a> tab

On the left-hand navigation bar, click the Securities drop down

From the drop down menu, click on <a href="https://app.cyndx.com/owner/issued-securities/convertibles" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Issued Securities</a>

On the Issued Securities page, go to the Convertibles tab

Click the Actions menu (arrow icon) to the right of the convertible note you would like to cancel

Select the option to cancel from the drop down

1. Sign in to Cyndx and go to the <a href="https://app.cyndx.com/owner" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Owner</a> tab
2. On the left-hand navigation bar, click the Securities drop down
3. From the drop down menu, click on <a href="https://app.cyndx.com/owner/issued-securities/convertibles" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Issued Securities</a>
4. On the Issued Securities page, go to the Convertibles tab
5. Click the Actions menu (arrow icon) to the right of the convertible note you would like to cancel
6. Select the option to cancel from the drop down
