Once convertibles have been issued, they will appear on your cap table as well as listed under the Issued Securities tab. From this view, a number of secondary actions can be performed, including the option to modify convertibles.

Sign in to Cyndx and go to the <a href="https://app.cyndx.com/owner" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Owner</a> tab

On the left-hand navigation bar, click the Securities drop down

From the drop down menu, click on Issued Securities

On the Issued Securities page, go to the Convertibles tab

Click the Actions menu (arrow icon) to the right of the convertible note you would like to Modify

Select the option to Modify that convertible

1. Sign in to Cyndx and go to the <a href="https://app.cyndx.com/owner" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Owner</a> tab
2. On the left-hand navigation bar, click the Securities drop down
3. From the drop down menu, click on Issued Securities
4. On the Issued Securities page, go to the Convertibles tab
5. Click the Actions menu (arrow icon) to the right of the convertible note you would like to Modify
6. Select the option to Modify that convertible

7. Make the necessary changes to the convertible
