The draft warrants tab is used to assign securities to individual holders and link to the relevant warrant terms and financing round. The steps below detail how to delete existing drafted warrants if you need to for any reason.
Navigate to the Draft Securities page to delete drafted warrants
Sign in to Cyndx and go to the Owner tab
On the left-hand navigation bar, click the Securities drop down
From the drop down menu, click on Draft Securities
On the Draft Securities page, go to the Warrants tab
Click the Actions menu (arrow icon) of the warrant you would like to delete
Select the option to Delete
Delete Drafted Warrants
6. You will be asked “Are you sure you want to delete this warrant?”
Select Yes to proceed
