The Equity Incentive Plan section tracks the authorization and status for options and restricted shares, as well as their corresponding grace periods. Once you’ve created a plan under the Equity Incentive Plan section, you will be able to attach the relevant plan when drafting new options and restricted shares under Draft Securities.
Navigate to the Equity Incentive Plans page
Sign in to Cyndx and go to the Owner tab
On the left-hand navigation bar, click the Securities drop down
From the drop down menu, click on Equity Incentive Plans
On the Equity Incentive Plans page, click the + Create a plan button

5. Enter plan details and relevant grace periods
6. Click Create
