Security is crucial to us, and two-factor authentication (2FA) is important to keep your data protected.

Starting on September 10, 2024, two-factor authentication will be mandatory to enhance the security of your Cyndx account. This process involves verifying your identity through a text message before you can proceed with your work.

Setting Up Two-Factor Authentication:

  1. Go to: My Account > Account Settings > Enable Multi-Factor Authentication.

  2. Follow the prompts: Enter your phone number to receive a text message with a verification code.

  3. Verify your identity: Enter the verification code from the text message to complete the setup.

After September 10, 2024:

Upon logging into the Cyndx platform, you will be prompted to complete an additional security step via text message verification. This quick process ensures your account and data remain secure.
