Show valuation results in terms of Implied Equity Value toggles the display of implied equity value in addition to enterprise value (always shown) in the valuation report. This toggle does not impact the enterprise values calculated in any way.

Note that if the target company has convertible debt or similar securities in its capital structure, best practice would be to derive equity value through a waterfall analysis from enterprise value using Cyndx Owner or a similar tool.
