In the concept drop down, be specific as possible in the language you would expect to see when a companies is talking about its products & services.

Below, a search of "Pediatric" and "Software" yields significantly different results vs. "Pediatric" and "Practice Management Software". "Software" is wide-ranging while "Practice Management Software" better relates to companies selling software systems to pediatricians.
