Filters can be used to eliminate companies outside selected parameters and narrow your results to only companies that are relevant to you as you run each search.

In the example below, I've run a search for private companies similar to Spotify that are in North America, early stage, and tagged Projected to Raise. My Finder search will only return results that fall within my filtered criteria.

This allows you to pre-filter before you even run your search: focus your results within a specific country or geographic region, with a certain amount of traffic to website, within an industry / sector, for companies that are projected to raise capital again soon, companies at a particular funding stage, or for companies with financials, for the widest return of companies that meet your criteria.
