How to manage team access?
You can now manage your organization's users by going to your user in the top right corner and selecting 'Manage Account' from the drop down.
Go to "Manage Account"
Below your organization's name and product licenses you will see your team's total seat count and availability, along with the ability to send individual invites to team members.
Once your team members have accepted their invites and signed in to the platform, you will have the ability to manage each user's licenses as well as the ability to share admin privileges.
How to manage my notifications?
Cyndx notifications allow you to track what's happening in the market, in real-time. The Cyndx notification center will give you easy access to information and company updates most relevant to you.

How to view your Activity Log?

To access the Activity Log, simply click on your account initials in the upper right corner of the screen.
Use the Activity Log's filtering by billable date feature to pinpoint specific runs or activities performed within designated timeframes. This functionality supports accurate billing processes and ensures transparent reporting.
Review your activity history through the activity log, which presents a chronological record of your actions on Cyndx. This capability allows you to track progress, review past activities, and maintain a detailed log of your engagements. You can also export the activity log/history for further reporting purposes.

How to enable and use Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) for your Cyndx Account?
Security is crucial to us, and two-factor authentication (2FA) is important to keep your data protected.
Starting on September 10, 2024, two-factor authentication will be mandatory to enhance the security of your Cyndx account. This process involves verifying your identity through a text message before you can proceed with your work.
Setting Up Two-Factor Authentication:
Go to: My Account > Account Settings > Enable Multi-Factor Authentication.
Follow the prompts: Enter your phone number to receive a text message with a verification code.
Verify your identity: Enter the verification code from the text message to complete the setup.
After September 10, 2024:
Upon logging into the Cyndx platform, you will be prompted to complete an additional security step via text message verification. This quick process ensures your account and data remain secure.
How to reset my password?
If you wish to reset your password, go to the sign out option is under the upper right hand menu. Then, sign in screen, but instead of entering your information, select the Reset password link
Enter your email for the link to change your password. Check your inbox, and follow the link in the email to reset your password.
