Once options have been issued, they will appear on your cap table as well as listed under the Issued Securities tab. From this view, a number of secondary actions can be performed, including the option to delete options.
Navigate to the Issued Securities page to delete Options
Sign in to Cyndx and go to the Owner tab
On the left-hand navigation bar, click the Securities drop down
From the drop down menu, click on Issued Securities
On the Issued Securities page, go to the Options tab
Click the Actions menu (arrow icon) to the right of the option you would like to delete
Select the option to delete that option
7. When prompted to confirm, click Yes
