The draft options tab is used to assign securities to individual holders and link to the relevant equity incentive plan, share terms, and vesting schedule. The steps below detail how to delete existing drafted options if you need to for any reason.
Navigate to the Draft Securities page to delete drafted options
Sign in to Cyndx and go to the Owner tab
On the left-hand navigation bar, click the Securities drop down
From the drop down menu, click on Draft Securities
On the Draft Securities page, go to the Options tab
Click the Actions menu (arrow icon) to the right of the option you would like to delete
Select the option to delete that option
6. You will be asked “Are you sure you want to delete this option?”
Select Yes to proceed
