The draft convertibles tab is used to assign convertible securities to individual holders and link to the relevant convertible terms and financing round. Once convertibles have been drafted, they must be issued manually to begin generating your cap table. Issued convertibles will appear on your cap table under the Dashboard and Cap Table view.
Navigate to the Draft Securities page to issue drafted convertibles
Sign in to Cyndx and go to the Owner tab
On the left-hand navigation bar, click the Securities drop down
From the drop down menu, click on Draft Securities
On the Draft Securities page, go to the Convertibles tab
Click the Actions menu (arrow icon) to the right of the convertible you would like to issue
Select the option to issue that convertible
