Financing rounds offer a variety of funding types and related criteria to track the highest level of data in your cap table. Accordingly, creating a financing round is the first step in building a cap table.
Navigate to the Financing Rounds page
Sign in to Cyndx and go to the Owner tab
On the left-hand navigation bar, click the Securities drop down
From the drop down menu, click on Financing Rounds
On the Financing Rounds page, click the + Create a financing round button

5. Fill in the required details
6. Click ‘Create’
