Financing rounds offer a variety of funding types and related criteria to track the highest level of data in your cap table. Creating a financing round is the first step in building a cap table. Once you’ve created your financing round, you are able to go back and make edits to the close date on an existing round as needed, following the steps below.
Navigate to the Financing Rounds page to edit close dates on a financing round
Sign in to Cyndx and go to the Owner tab
On the left-hand navigation bar, click the Securities drop down
From the drop down menu, click on Financing Rounds
On the Financing Rounds page, click the the edit button (pencil icon) on the financing round that you would like to edit

5. Enter Initial Closing and Final Closing dates
6. Click Update
