The Equity Incentive Plan section tracks the authorization and status for options and restricted shares, as well as their corresponding grace periods. The steps below detail how to delete an existing equity incentive plan if you need to for any reason.
Navigate to the Equity Incentive Plans page
Sign in to Cyndx and go to the Owner tab
On the left-hand navigation bar, click the Securities drop down
From the drop down menu, click on Equity Incentive Plans
On the Equity Incentive Plans page, click on the trash icon of the appropriate plan
5. You will be asked to confirm if you wish to delete the plan. Click yes to proceed
