Cyndx

Cyndx Owner allows you to create one or multiple scenarios to analyze how a potential exit or financing round will affect your cap table. The steps below detail how to download an existing scenario.

Sign in to Cyndx and go to the <a href="https://app.cyndx.com/owner" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Owner</a> tab

On the left-hand navigation bar, select <a href="https://app.cyndx.com/owner/waterfall" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Scenarios &amp; Waterfall Analysis</a>

Click the download button of the scenario

1. Sign in to Cyndx and go to the <a href="https://app.cyndx.com/owner" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Owner</a> tab
2. On the left-hand navigation bar, select <a href="https://app.cyndx.com/owner/waterfall" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">Scenarios &amp; Waterfall Analysis</a>
3. Click the download button of the scenario

4. After clicking the download icon of the scenario that needs to be exported, select the applicable format (e.g. pdf or Excel)
