Share terms define the relevant criteria for both common and preferred equity securities. Once you’ve created share terms, you are able to go back and make edits as needed, following the steps below.
Navigate to the Securities Terms page to edit share terms
Sign in to Cyndx and go to the Owner tab
On the left-hand navigation bar, click the Securities drop down
From the drop down menu, click on Securities Terms
On the Securities Terms page, click the Share Terms tab
Click the Edit Share Terms button (pencil icon) of the terms you would like to edit

6. In the Share Terms modal, make the relevant changes to the share terms
7. Hit Update to save your changes
