Warrants are securities that provide the holder the right to purchase either common or preferred shares of a company at a given share price called the exercise price. Once you’ve created warrant terms, you are able to go back and make edits as needed, following the steps below.
Navigate to the Securities Terms page to edit warrant terms
Sign in to Cyndx and go to the Owner tab
On the left-hand navigation bar, click the Securities drop down
From the drop down menu, click on Securities Terms
On the Securities Terms page, click the Warrant Terms tab
Click the Edit button (pencil icon) of the terms you would like to edit

6. Make the relevant changes to the terms
7. Hit Update to save your changes
