  • Owner provides deep, real-time insights into your company’s cap table including the split of economic ownership and voting rights between various holders, security classes, and financing rounds

  • Users can track the evolution of a company’s cap table over time by viewing snapshots of data at various times in the past [and future] reflecting completed issuances and vesting schedules
