Export my Finder results
On the search results page, you will find the export button in blue font on the right-hand side. Upon clicking on 'Export', you will have the option to select from a few formats including:
Default (.csv)
Excel (.xlsx)
SalesForce
MS Dynamics
Hubspot
You can export results from the other tabs available on your search (Prominent Companies, Investors, Acquirers, Comparables), as well as from any saved list.
What fields are available in my export?
In a .csv or .xlsx file, the standard fields or columns available are as follows:
company name, search similarity score, website, company type, description, location, year founded, social media pages (Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter) , office contact info, employee count, total funding, public company info ( ticker, LTM financials etc.), acquisition date, and acquirer name

Export a profile page
Within the profile page of a company, you can export individual tabs and save them in a PDF format. Possible pages to export:
Company Overview
Relationships
Financials
Fundraises
Investments & Acquisitions
Intermediaries
IP
Social
Filings
Events
Contacts
To export a tab on a company's profile page, click the small menu in the top right corner and then click 'Print'. Then under the 'Destination' make sure it indicates 'Save as PDF'. Click 'Save' on the bottom right when finished.
