Notes feature in Cyndx allows users to add personalized, detailed annotations to individual profiles directly within the platform. Whether you're tracking outreach history, capturing key insights from a conversation, or organizing prospects by custom tags, this enhanced functionality makes it easier than ever to stay organized and strategic and collaborate with your team.

Where can I find the Notes feature?

You can access the Notes feature within the company profile. Simply navigate to the company profile and click on the last tab located beside Contacts to view and add notes.


How can I customize my notes?

To customize your notes field, click the pencil icon and edit the notes. You also have the option to view all notes for that company, where all notes will be listed.


Who can see my notes?

Your notes are visible only to your teammates within your organization. They are kept private and cannot be accessed by individuals outside your company for confidentiality and privacy reasons.

To control who in your organization can access your notes, you have the option to make them private or public.


How can I use notes to collaborate with teammates?

You can use notes to collaborate by adding important information, updates, or comments to specific items or records within your account. This allows you to share insights and coordinate with your team more effectively.
